Som Saa is the name in Thai for a bitter orange, a type of citrus that is used in traditional cooking. Som Saa has been less prevalent in Thailand although it’s starting to gain popularity.
Som Saa the restaurant, must be one of the best Thais in London, I’ve tried a few. Flavors are authentic dishes are the chef’s take, but for the most part cooked and served in a way that faithfully resembles the origin.
I would gladly visit Som Saa again.
